    I worked at JAM

    Pros

Some department are great, with good people.

    Cons

Very low salaries, with very some terrible working conditions in certain departments. Big turnover for employees that can't handle the treatment. Management can be very verbally abusive and lack in leadership skills. Lots of stress leaves and people quitting mid day from snapping.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hr needs to address the abusive nature in which some of their employees are working in. As well as provide management with communication and leadership training.

I worked at JAM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are some great people working there

    Cons

Zero leadership, zero procedures, zero cohesive vision for departments as a whole who need to all work together to achieve their goals properly. It's like the 80's sales and management model is still in place and they are scratching their heads wondering what's wrong with their clients, staff and vendors. Zero self awareness as to who is the actual problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to school, learn distribution best practices (both internal and external) and then manage.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
