Current Employee – been working at JBS

Pros – Good people (most of management excepted), liberal vacation, employee meat purchase,

Cons – Long hours and Saturdays seem to be required, lack of vision, if you are not one of the "chosen", bonuses and promotions are not in your future

Advice to Senior Management – Back up your vision of growth with rewards for the long hours that employees are required of workers, listen to the people that do the jobs, your relatives are ruining a once great company

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
