“Work Work and low pay , may loose jobs as they aquire new companies”
Current Employee – been working at JBS Swift
Pros – Nice building, good cafeteria, good people (not management) to work with..
Cons – management full of bullys' no clear answers everything is wait wait wait.... low pay they want to work brazil style low pays more more work... not people considerate just work and bottom line...no job security at all...if they find someone cheaper you are as good as gone...
Advice to Senior Management – You are in the US now stop pussing people and pay more...yes you are growing very fast...but you are not thinkign about people who make things work for you.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
