“Lots of experience.”
Former Employee – worked at JDSU
Pros – Lots of experience and a very knowledgable and likeable team. The food on site is a bore and it's quite a drive to get something to eat
Cons – Hard to move up ladder and get new ideas or processes going; the big guys get all the good parking spots too
Advice to Senior Management – Remain simply a telecom company
