ProsLots of experience and a very knowledgable and likeable team. The food on site is a bore and it's quite a drive to get something to eat

ConsHard to move up ladder and get new ideas or processes going; the big guys get all the good parking spots too

    Pros: Diverse culture, good product mix, can get away with anything… Cons: Too numerous to mention: poor leadership, poor decision-making ability by Sr. management, discrimination (age and race), HR department is very week - no follow-through, VERY… Advice to Senior Management: Entire CCOP mgmt staff needs to be held accountable for… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
