Good pay and benefits for all employees.

Be more consistent and don't give preference to some employees only. Be more considerate of medical and other exceptional situations.

    Pros

Pension (as long as it's not pulled), health care, hours, general atmosphere is good if it weren't for the political atmosphere.

    Cons

It can become a very boring job. The politics are insane, nothing escapes the grasp of political ramifications. Nothing. It's extremely difficult to promote.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees like idiots. There are a lot of good, intelligent people that work for you. Treat them as such.
