    Pros

Flexible schedule, sales people are quality people with great personalities.

    Cons

Very Poor Pay. Got one raise in 6 years, no bonuses or commission in "Sales" regardless of managing a 15+ Million dollar area. Crazy hours and travel at times. Doesn't matter if your good at your job or bad, you will get paid the same.

    Advice to Management

You have great Sales people working for you, and some great managers. You are going to continue to lose good people if you don't show some sort of appreciation, or goodwill. The 35 dollar "Spiff" bonuses just aren't cutting it. Motivate your associates. There is NO incentive to want to succeed other than personal motivation. For a multi-billion dollar company you waste a lot of money on menial things, rather than taking care of the bread and butter of your income.

    Pros

it was a job just that

    Cons

dont care about their people. Laid off 120 on Dec 16. There feelings were better you than me. Benefits stink, (they paid medical bills. Suggested you look up you sickness on webmd!) no raises, no bonuses NOTHING!

    Advice to Management

all you care about is yourself, dont look at big picture as long as YOU have a job, forget the real world as working in the field.
