    Good company as long as you are a top performer.

    Cons

    Would have to commit your whole career to Jeld-Wen in order to get to any of the higher ranks.

    Pros

    decent benefits, good for a starter job, or for a short period of time

    Cons

    you need to give 24 hours notice to use a wellness day, if not you get an occurance. They have given me less than 20 minutes notice for overtime. Managers choose favorites, too much mandatory overtime, repetitive movements causing strain on back, havent seen a raise in 3+ years, underpayed for the duties

    Treat employees like a person, not a robot. Instead of criticizing, talk to us in a manner that will motivate us, not anger us.
