Egotistical editors and old and out dated art staff with no talent

Associate Art Director (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsNot a single one. Long hours for little pay and no benefits, not even a simple thank you.

ConsLong hours, poor management, terrible working environment, egos out of control, terrible pay, no clear roles established-everyone has their finger in someone else's work. Terrible senior art director. Position of Associate Art Director is a joke.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of everyone from the top down. Senior art direction is too old, not current on design trends or software. Editors have huge egos and are not even good writers.

Account Executive (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT
