    Pros

    Large hospital, lots of procedures, busy ER if you like that, a good place for learning experiences

    Cons

    wondering if they are going to change cut my hours, change the schedule? Questionable retirement benefits

    Advice to Management

    Meetings with management seem to be that they are there to hear what you want/have to say, but it seems nothing ever comes of suggestions or complaints.

    Great, mostly caring people. Lots of opportunity to help others and grow within the organization. Lots of opportunity for innovation and

    Cons

    Some employees can still improve in their work ethics. Difficult to get rid of poor performers, who often are very toxic for the organization or the department they are in.

    Advice to Management

    Empower, encourage and support leaders to innovate, experiment and manage staff. Allow them to make important decisions and address expressed concerns and challenges where possible. Make decision and set direction without extensive procrastination and 100% buy-in
