I worked at JLG Industries
Pros – Good product and extra clean building. Excellent company for men in management.
Cons – Management team consist of men and majority belong to a cult called "Masons". If you are not a part of the Mason club, promotions are not possible. This holds especially true for females.
Advice to Senior Management – DIVERSITY. Management is all men including within the offices. Human Resources should be ensuring diversity within the workplace.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
