“Great starting place for your career”
I have been working at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – It's a great place for you to start your career and grow professionally. Not the highest pay but decent enough.
Cons – Stress level is high. Flexible working hours is just a slogan and not very widely accepted in the department where I work at.
Advice to Senior Management – There is just too much bureaucracy and politics going on within the corporate. The decisions made by the leaderships are often shortsighted.
