“long hours, political enviroment”
Current Employee – been working at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – The training program for analysts at least is quite structured. The bank does a good job at fostering mobility.
Cons – The work environment at least in my division was too political for my taste. Hours were long and I felt that compensation at a junior level was not competitive given hours worked.
