Current Employee – been working at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – Work life balance is great, Plenty of opportunities to demonstrate creativity. Client focused environment is fostered and a associates are fairly compensated.
Cons – Global reach can be overwhelming because you are expected to work late hours are for the sake of collaborating with others in EMEA.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time engaging with employees and clients to get a good grasp of how the two impact each other.
