I have been working at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – good pay smart people hard work gets recognized flexible work environment
depends on manager but overall a good place to work at
Cons – terrible work load lot of long hours if you dont put in long hours, you wont succeeed and hence won get paid well
Advice to Senior Management – hire more people to work for the company, improve health plan, bring back the old health plan and keep employees happy
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
