“Great place to work, if you are willing to put in the time”
Former Employee – worked at JPMorgan Chase as an intern for less than a year
Pros – - High compensation
- Lots of job mobility, you are able (and encouraged) to pursue lateral movement as well as just plain "moving up the ladder"
- Ability to work on projects that are meaningful to the company
Cons – - Can be very long hours depending on the Line of Business or department you work in
- Many employees, most of whom are very busy and can therefore be difficult to work with effectively
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
