JPMorgan Chase Licensed Personal Banker in Shreveport, LA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Great benefits and hours, and a relatively stress free environment when higher ups aren't around. Fellow employees are great

Cons

Sale, Sale, Sale or be prepared to be "coached" by management! Pay is very little depending on branch location--ghetto

Advice to Senior Management

Care more about customers than appeasing upper management and stop pretending to know what is "best" for the customers
