0 of 1 people found this helpfulPros
good training programs
people are generally more laid back and not as arrogant as those at other firms on the street
diverse work place
Cons
technology and resources - takes forever to request new hardware and software, need greater investment in newer technology
compensation - lags behind other firms
Advice to Senior Management
the firm definitely needs more investment in technology - new computers, monitors, as well as business applications, also need to consolidate help desk/technology support for better response time. generally the firm (JPMorgan investment bank) is known as a good place to start and prove yourself before leaving for better pay somewhere else, so the average person here tends to be young (average age is under 27).
