Pros

High salary with good bonus structure, meritocratic, so if you're good you ll advance, great CEO who is looking into the future

Cons

Very competitive with many juniors equally as smart and as talented all looking to make it, can sometimes feel like a number

Advice to Senior Management

To be honest the management and leadership is excellent. They try to develop and nurutre junior talent and are good at spotting future stars.
