JPMorgan Chase Licensed Personal Banker in Bloomfield Hills, MI:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Relatively felxible schedule- I worked at a branch with quite a few bankers, so we all worked together to make sure the branch was always covered and those who needed time off were able to take it. When you work a Saturday, you get a full day off during the week.

Cons

Nothing was ever good enough for senior management, whatever goals you accomplished today seemed to be forgotten the next morning.

Advice to Senior Management

Better communication- if you have something to say to a PB, just say it to them. Don't act nice to their face and then turn around and have the branch manager communicate what you wanted to say.

Could you please share what a base salary is for this position/ commission..or how the overall pay structure works? I am going to interview for this position and I was hoping to have an idea before I go in. Thank you so much.
