JPMorgan Chase Credit Analyst in New York, NY:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Great name on resume, highly respected. Decent training and advancement opportunities.

Cons

Too big. Management is completely ignorant to operations and not at all approachable. Systems are all completely antiquated.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to get off their high horses
