Pros

Training, Senior Mgmt and Mobility within the firm

Cons

Not every divisionin the firm compensates you based on your ability and work, some division are extremely political!

Advice to Senior Management

Management Needs to assess who are the strong leaders and and who are not. I work for the company for 2 years and was marked exceeds in my reviews yet new analyst who started 2 years after I did made the equivalent salary.
