Enormous Company that can be easy to get lost in a dark corner if your manager lacks leadership skills. IF you get stuck with a bad manager, everyone around them notices very quickly, so it won't last!

Advice to Senior Management

Keep the momentum. The regression has forced us to cut corners and eliminate unnecessary tasks. Once we start rolling in some money again, I think we should continue spending like we're broke. The atmosphere is much more innovative!
