Can't think of any good reason to work for this company. Maybe you will have better luck and a better branch manager.

Cons

Completely micro-managed, hated going to work everyday, felt like I couldn't ask questions because the branch manager wasn't competent enough to know what I was asking.

Make sure your managers are more competent than the people who work under them.
