JPMorgan Chase – “Good place to work”

Hi, I'm a financial advisor (series 6, 7, 66, Life). I read your post, and I just wanted to share something with you. If what you are saying is correct (about not promoting to PB within as a teller) then the EASIEST was to do this is to get a job at a place like MetLife or Prudential for exactly 1 year. MetLife, for example, will pay you a salary of about $800 a week for 19 weeks. From 20th week to about your 1 year mark, you will live on your commission pool (generally about $1,000 a week gross). This is easy to do, because management is compensated based on you making $20K in commission within 19 weeks, so they will help you exclusively. (And one more thing, there is absolutely no stress and management is very helpful. You'll know why if you end up doing this.) So, by the time you reach 1 year, you have your series 6 and your life insurance licenses. Now you are ready to go back to Chase as a PB. Easy as 123! :) Let me know what you think about this.
