The people in teams are selected rigorously, so many people know what they're doing. You get to work with teams across the country, and from other nations as well.

Cons

No motivation to work for most people. Some projects are used by so few people that many people in the group do not feel any enthusiasm for the project.

Advice to Senior Management

Make it a fun place to work for the technology division. Right now, its stuffy and boring and people hate to go to work sometimes.
