JPMorgan Chase – “Good straightforward guys”
Pros
They tested the domain knowledge and also saw whether I was really interested in the job. Overall it went on smooth
Cons
Little slow to advance within the organization...not aggressive enough...there is a lil bit of beaurocracy
Advice to Senior Management
It would be better to let go of the politics in the organization
