Strong, solid reputation; pay for performance; work life balance is followed but highly dependent on immediate manager

Cons

- Too many acquisitions create sense of fiefdoms in various areas
- Information sharing is limited as people are understandably fearful of losing jobs
- Some things are incredibly bureuacratic and seem to be so for no apparent reason; people make things that should be simple unnecessarily complex.

Advice to Senior Management

- Continue providing candid and timely feedback regarding status of position eliminations
- Encourage information sharing; too many are fearful of losing their jobs/headcount that they lead by intimidation
