Vacation, deferred holiday, Sick time, and low interest employee cards

Cons

Next day availability of transit items, Changed WAMU teller incentives, becoming more sales driven, Poor communication about changes in policy.

Advice to Senior Management

Communicate more with employee's, Performance reviews should be happening in the branch level, Make it easier for employees to move around in the company.
