JPMorgan Chase – “Career advancement”
Pros
Lots of opportunity, but you need to keep promoting yourself. Rarely will other groups come looking for you.
Cons
Staying in one group is not the way to advance. Perhaps 2 years tenure in any one group ... then find a new group to learn more about the bank. A wide range of expertise will help you advance at JPMorgan.
Advice to Senior Management
Try and be ahead of the trends, not just keep up. Try something new and innovative.
