Pros

Starting pay is good and the commissions are even better.
They are overall competative for the NYC investment firm market.

Cons

The overall management tier is way too micromanaged and suffocating.
Any time off is impossible to get and vacation is 1 week a year for jr associates.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire the best people and provide an environment for them to create and do what they like to do.
It would increase sales.
