Jp Morgan was generous to most departing wamu employees in Seattle in terms of compensation. They also provided opportunity for I ternal advancement

Cons

The take over of wamu left a bad taste for most former wamu staff. The culture clash between the two companies is very great

Advice to Senior Management

Senior leadership at jp Morgan chase are in it to deliver the biggest product the fastest and for the cheapest. This doesn't always bode well for those on the front lines
