Great place to become a lifer--post out of your Operations role every couple years for a brand new start in life. Play politics well and the sky truly is the limit.

Cons

Good luck breaking into the Front Office if you weren't hired there to begin with. Might as well be invisible. You should have studied harder in high school, or chosen your parents more carefully.

Forced rankings, no 360 feedback available, no anonymous feedback for Associate level managers: the review process is embarrassing to say the least.
