JPMorgan Chase – “Good IT shop”

Pros

Good place to work, tons of opportunity to learn if your willing. Management is competent and intelligent in my tower, although its a big firm..lots of others are not.

Cons

Don't expect to increase your salary very fast. Raises are not given often, and even when you take a new job with more responsibilities it will be considered a lateral move. They would pay someone from outside the firm with the same experience significantly more..and often do.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work.. Jamie Dimon earns his paycheck!
