JPMorgan Chase – “n/a”

Pros

I really liked the fact the chase is very supportive to their employees, and that bonus are set standards for everyone in that job title, your performance justifies your bonus payout.

Cons

I do not like the fact that chase does not believe in internal hiring, i interviewed 6 times for the same position and i was shot down due to the fact the district manager stated that their was other people for other banks and chase is all about taking their competitions bankers. even though i was over qualified for the position they hired outside personal because it looks better...

Advice to Senior Management

my advice to management of chase would be to practices what you preach... no one wants to hear all your B.S. about growth and every time i turn around you are taking away end of year raises, making it harder to make referrals, and setting branches up to fail their oia field audit.
