You will have a lot of carrer opportunities in JP Morgan Chase. Training is unlimited. Benefits are competitive compare to other companies. One of the top banks in the US.

Cons

One of the reasons why I left JP Morgan Chase is I am required to work in Columbus, Ohio and I don't have any options to work remotely. Another reason is they are starting to offshore IT jobs.

Advice to Senior Management

JP Morgan chase needs to know how to keep great employees. Gave them flexibility, and incentives before losing them just because you have to cut your budgets. The company has to give loyalty to their loyal employees who worked hard for the company.
