I have been working at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – Great opportunity for bonuses. Chase is a very stable company with great benefits, great retirement plan, and great health benefits.
Cons – Employees are expected to work a lot of hours. In the retail branches, expectations and goals can be set with unrealistic expectations. Also, the Profits & Loss is 'fake' and therefore not all branches are compared based on realistic numbers.
Advice to Senior Management – Understand employees have families at home. Branches that are similar in book size, deposit base, credit, and acquisition, should be compared in P&L.
