Its the last bank standing - whats not to love. There is tons of opportunity in the various depts.
for the most part you will be challenged and your peers will actually challenge you harder, which at times can be scary. Overall the training and knowledge that you learn here you can take any where. My advice would be to stick it out in your respective dept as long as you can and then see if there are opportunities overseas which most departments will look into for you. however given the recent state of the world financial industry that practice maybe null and void.

Cons

the stereotypical male, white, and over 60 are all still here which is very upsetting it ;leaves no room for growth and many of these individuals have made enough money to compensate an entire team. Bottomline, dont come here if you think that the bonus will be at least 6000k (after tax) because that hasnt been the case in a very long time. In addition, there is no point going to HR because there is over 1000 HR representatives who are soo specialized that any assistance you need will not take place.
