“Wonderful experience, due to great manager”
Former Employee – worked at JPMorgan Chase
Pros – Overall great company to work for - allows for flexibility for work/life and supports working moms. Good benefits and great amount of time off for sick days, vacation time and maternity leave.
Cons – Flexibility is given by the company, but needs to be manager approved. If you have an understanding manager, things will do smoothly. If not, well....that makes things much more difficult.
