Former Employee – worked at JWT

Pros – The office decor is great and they also have a full bar, popcorn machine and a play room that has Nintendo Wii, a pool table, etc. so employees can relax.

Cons – Upper management didn't care about my personal growth, long hours I worked, or support I needed to succeed on this account. I had to ask permission from my supervisor and manager to speak with my Client... I've never been so micromanaged in my life! And the way certain creative teams spoke to and yelled at the account team was appalling. What was even worse, is that upper management knew about their behavior and did nothing about it.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees and you should have the mentality that no one is superior enough to do any job or task. Provide your employees the guidance and encouragement to do well by providing positive reinforcement and constructive criticism.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
