-Good work is rarely tied directly to bonuses or promotions
-Senior leadership is stuck in the past, and not ready to embrace new technologies for their clients
-Lack of communication down the ladder
Advice to Senior Management
Treat your employees as an asset, not a liability. Encourage those who are exceptional to stay and hone their careers within JWT, rather than go elsewhere where they can earn more in similar roles.
