A great place to learn

ProsPut on major clients right off the bat. Great training and great inside look at how big-budget advertising happens. Fun to work in the heart of Manhattan and work around some truly talented and inspiring people.

ConsOf course crazy hours (like working til 1am), but that's to be expected. In-fighting and politics are hard to avoid.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be afraid of the new up-and-comers. The better they look, the better you look.
