Pros

Benefits we're good. Depending on your department you were well compensated and recognized for your work. Try to provide work/ family balance.

Cons

Lots of changes, many layoff depending on the business. Sometimes promotions were based on who ass you kissed. Lack of communication from upper management.

    I worked at Jabil

    Pros

they promote from within & if u have enough handson experience u don't neccesarily need a college degree to move up
a mini gym for employees with free weights, machines and cardio equip

    Cons

communication sucks mentality of if I don't share or communicate its job security. there are a LOTof people related to each other there husbands wife parents kids cousins its ridiculous & gossip is normal. they hire & layoff & fire like crazy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more proactive in having an open door people are afraid to approach top management with issues or problems because for all u know the person ur having a problem with is related, so its a good idea to get rid of all the family members & maybe it could become more proffesional

just read the next question & have no idea who timothy l main is, so I guess thats not really leading
