    I worked at Jack Morton

    Pros

Big tent production pedigree. Global presence. Strong environmental design. Heavy focus on financial and automotive sectors. Top notch in house fabrication capabilities.

    Cons

Lack of ingenuity and creativity across industry segments beyond automotive and finance. Primary focus is on production at the expense of strategy or other client needs. Digital capabilities are not scalable due to limited resources applied to this area. Expensive agency model.

I have been working at Jack Morton full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great vibe, culture and co-workers. Lots of very smart staff. Appreciation for strategy and creative talents. Great 1jack sharing across all the offices. Generally good leadership.

    Cons

Short term fixes due to quarterly financial pressures (being own by IPG) can cloud longer term strategy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut the deadwood. Seems like long time employees can be untouchable even if they under perform or have an aging skill set.
