I worked at Jack Morton full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

creative, collaborative teams within each office. account management and operations worked very well together.

    Cons

Agency isn't as transparent as it thinks when it comes to state of the agency. Subjective career path and planning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be a much better strategy for growth for each office, one that is shared with employees. Too often the rumor mill took over and created a counterproductive environment.
