Jack in the Box – “Company does not have recpect for its employees!”

Pros

The fast pace enviroment was fun. A few of us had good team work which made the days of long hours fun.

Cons

The company/ managers always had some excuse of not to give thier employees raises. Managers dont praise thier employees enough.

Advice to Senior Management

The managers need to give more postive reinenforment awards. For example- employee fun days. Its great manager/ employee bonding. Or fun theme dress up day. Get creative.
