I worked at Jack in the Box full-time for more than a year

Pros

The possibilities of advancement are very good. Great communication from the higher management. Benefits are better then most. Good food

Cons

Having it be a 24 store definitely builds stress. Having to pay to much for insurance. Very limited resources. Unreachable goals for bonuses

Better promotions

    I have been working at Jack in the Box full-time

    Pros

    no organization . They don't back there Store Managers. Jack will let employees and team leads no call no show and even quit (walk out in the middle of the shift three times)
     then bring them back.

    Cons

    You are constantly running a shift with one or two people, includes fryers, grill, assembly, D-thru front cash and still expected to hit sos

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Think long and hard before you take the position, Your life is there's never a weekend off. supposed to have 5 personal days, five sick days, but if you take one they will write you up for missing a day
