Former Employee – worked at Jack in the Box
Pros – Company had a great concept of internal service which created loyalty and the desire to drive company to success.
Cons – Leadership of organization is over compensated for their contributions. Many mid level managers that maintain highly paid positions but, contribute minimally. No consistency in compensation for like job classifications, focused on franchising which is damaging JIB branding. Tends to regurgitate new concepts that are merely old ones that have been re-packaged. Lack of consistency from management.
Advice to Senior Management – View former successes/history and center focus again on practices and principles that made the company successful early on.
