Good training program, good experience in relation to working in the field, good for a part-time job during the tax season.

Cons

Low hourly wage, little opportunity for advancement, not a stable job year round unless you have seniority, little care for customer service and lack of employees who are well qualified in some positions.

Advice to Senior Management

A more competitive wage and a better bonus or incentive program would be great, also having the reviews related to work performance matter in relation to job opportunities and position opportunities that extend beyond the short tax season annually.
