I have been working at Jacobs full-time

    Pros

It is a smaller company that takes care of its employees. The salary is above par and the benefits are good as well.

    Cons

Since being acquired by Jacobs there are some small things that have changed, but overall still a great place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep a "small company" mindset. Your employees are the ones that make you shine, and you get what you pay for.
