    I worked at Jacobs full-time

    Pros

    - Fairly positive and supportive work atmosphere
    - Attempts were made to retain employees as best as possible, even in the face of layoffs

    Cons

    - Succumbed to some goofy ideas and tangents from various persons and "gurus"
    - Got carried away for awhile with metrics and bean-counting that was mindlessly pointless
    - Lack of standing up to respectible work ethics. The company started signing up with any kind of work, no matter how questionable, to make a buck (tar sands, nuclear energy, etc.)

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You feel pride in working for a company that provides clients services that are unequaled in the industry.

    Cons

The company is so large it takes time to respond.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offices and departments of the organization need to collectively coordinated more effectively. The cost of benefits and ESPP is expensive for such a large corporation.

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
